Taking photo jS typical way to remain moments as shape that We can keep. We take photos to remember thingS or just thingS that we like. Every moment is different depending on who takes the photo and what they shoot. Photos are a great way to see short moments again. Now, there is a photo contest to show the many different looks of Daejeon.
Daejeon city hall started an official announcement about this
contest since 05/01. The official work submit will strat at 10/05 to
11/06. The theme for contest is That time, That season with
Daejeon.' The contest looks for works that captured the changing
colors of light throughout the day. Works that captured Daejeon's
unique characteristics and famous landmarks, urban cityscapes,
and natural looks across the four seasons also can be submitted.Anyone lives in Korea can participate with no limits on residential area. As of this year, the drone photography category has been added. Daejeon city hall is looking forward to creative photographs of participators with the new look of Daejeon with perspective from the sky. After the submit is over, the result will be announced on website of Daejeon city and PASK(The Photo Artists Society of Korea) at November. Including one gold award, two silver awards, and three bronze awards, 65 works will be selected.
You can watch the selected photographs on exhibition that held by Daejeon city hall exhibition room on December. The photograph only can be submitted in person or by mail. Submission will be able at room 516, The PASK Daejeon chapter, Daejeon artist house.
There are important rules: works taken with a cellphone or tablet PC cannot be submitted, and drone photographs are categorized as ariel photograph, so the standard is strict. Drone photographs must be submitted along with documents granting permission for drone photography.
